Brainspotting offers a way to access and process unresolved experiences held beneath conscious awareness.
It emphasizes somatic awareness and often unfolds with minimal verbalization, allowing the body’s natural processing mechanisms to guide and support your nervous system in moving toward a more regulated and balanced state.
It is something your system intuitively knows how to do! And in the right space and attunement, it’s able to access it.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a brain-body approach that helps you access and process unresolved emotional experiences by identifying specific eye positions linked the body’s stored responses, connected to deep regions of the brain. The core principle is that “where you look affects how you feel,” meaning certain visual points can open pathways to emotional material held beneath conscious awareness.

During our time together, I will help you locate “brainspot(s)”, which are points in your visual field associated with unresolved feelings or trauma, and provide attuned support so that your nervous system can process and release what has been held beneath the surface.
Whether you’re new to this work or ready for a more immersive experience, Brainspotting offers a deeply immersive, and highly personalized experience for individuals seeking focused, depth-oriented, and transformative work.
Single Focused Brainspotting Session (2 hours)
What to Expect
You’ll come in with one or two issue(s) you’d like to focus on. This might be a specific issue, a recurring pattern, or a general experience such as anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling stuck.
From there, we begin by gaining a clear understanding of what you’re wanting to shift and how it shows up for you, both cognitively and within your body.
The Process
This process is collaborative and paced with care. We move into Brainspotting in a way that is paced and attuned to your system. You are not required to relive or fully articulate everything
We identify “brainspot(s)” and begin to access the deeper layers of your experience or issue, working with how it is held in the brain and body. If needed, we begin with resourcing, supporting your system in building a sense of stability and capacity before moving into deeper processing.
The work unfolds through internal awareness, with guidance and support throughout. You remain in control of the process at all times.
What You May Notice
Each experience is different, but many clients begin to notice increased clarity around what they’re experiencing, shifts in emotional intensity or reactivity, greater sense of internal steadiness, and/or feeling more connected to themselves.
72-hours Window – The brain continues to process for 72 hours after the session, so you might notice you might notice feeling slightly tired, and possibly more tired towards end of the day. In the upcoming days, you might notice more insights, shifts in reactions and perspective, vivid dreams. Adequate rest, water, and self-care is recommended during this time.

Half Day Brainspotting Intensive (4 hours)
This half day format allows you to settle in, move gently inward, and stay connected to the work long enough for profound shifts to unfold.
What to Expect
You’ll come in with 1–3 areas or issues you’d like to focus on. This might be something that feels present, unresolved, or ready for deeper work.
We begin by clarifying your intentions and understanding how this experience shows up for you, both cognitively and in your body.
From there, we move into extended Brainspotting work, allowing your system the time and space it needs to process at a deeper level.

This process is collaborative and paced with care. We move into Brainspotting in a way that is paced and attuned to your system. You are not required to relive or fully articulate everything

Full Day Brainspotting Intensive (6 hours)
Full day offers the time and space to move beyond the initial layers of awareness and into deeper, sustained processing. This format might be a good for somewhat who might have a difficult time relaxing, and settling in. This format also allows to process a lot of emotional and stuck content.
What to Expect
You’ll come in with a list of areas or issues you’d like to focus on. These might be themes, patterns, specific events in your life. We will also explore a timeline of your life to identify areas that might hold a significant emotional experiences.
We begin by understanding your story, goals, and intentions, and how different experiences shows up for you, both cognitively and in your body.
From there, we move into extended Brainspotting work, allowing your system the time and space it needs to process at a deeper level.
