Agnes Weber-Trzaska is a Wellness Coach with years of experience in the mental health field. Agnes has a deep commitment to helping adults reconnect with themselves through intentional, depth-oriented healing. Her work is especially suited for individuals in their 30s and beyond, who are navigating transitions, accumulated life stress, relational patterns, trauma, or a growing sense that something deeper is asking for attention.

At the heart of Agnes’s practice is a belief that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about returning to what’s already there, your capacity for insight, resilience, and self-trust. She offers a space where depth is welcomed, the pace is intentional, and meaningful change is supported with care.

Agnes’s approach is grounded, collaborative, and highly attuned. She specializes in Brainspotting, a powerful brain–body modality that allows the nervous system to access and release deeply held emotional experiences. This work supports clarity, regulation, and meaningful internal shifts.

Outside of work, Agnes is deeply drawn to learning, travel, and experiences that foster presence and connection. Whether hosting retreats, continuing training, or exploring new places, she brings curiosity, warmth, and intention into all aspects of her life.
